Noah specializes in technology transactions and related privacy and intellectual property issues. He spent nearly 6 years at Snowflake, where he led a team of lawyers running deals throughout North America. As Snowflake grew and became a public company, Noah oversaw the company’s IP portfolio, managed litigation and employment matters, and worked on a wide variety of other projects.

Before joining Snowflake, Noah held in-house legal positions at Deloitte, where he focused on contracting and IP issues related to new software offerings, and at Nintendo, where he defended the company against patent lawsuits and product liability claims. Noah started his legal career working for large international law firms in New York.

Noah earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Berkeley, and a law degree from UCLA School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
