During his career, Nic was part of the senior leadership team at marketing communications firm Citigate Broad Street, where he positioned the firm to deliver strategic marketing initiatives for a growing number of clients. Nic led the management buyout of the European division of Citigate Broad Street and formed Instinctif, which is now a division of Instinctif Partners.
Today, Nic spends his time as a Board Member and Advisor to a broad spectrum of companies in the United States and Europe.
