Deborah Gramiccioni served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey (1999-2005), where she supervised financial and cyber investigations and prosecutions as Chief of the Commercial Crimes Unit (USAO-DNJ).  Deb was then appointed Assistant Chief of the Fraud Section, Criminal Division, U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC (2005-2007), where she supervised investigations and prosecutions brought nationwide under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.  Deb returned to New Jersey in 2007 to supervise investigations and prosecutions brought statewide as Director of the Division of Criminal Justice, Office of the N.J. Attorney General, under then Governor John Corzine (2007-2010).  Deb has served in several other supervisory positions, namely as Cabinet Liaison for all State Departments and as Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, Office of the Governor, under then New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, and later as Deputy Executive Director for the Port Authority of NY & NJ and as Executive Director of the Center on the Administration of Criminal Law.

Deb has taught courses on prosecutorial discretion, ethics, and corporate governance as an adjunct professor at both the New York University School of Law and the College of Charleston School of Business.  Deb recently served as a gubernatorially-appointed state superior court judge (Ocean County, 2017-2021), presiding over criminal, family, and emergent matters before co-founding the law firm Kingston Coventry LLC.
